Welcome to the HETAS Approved Retailer Course
whether you are new to the industry or building on your existing knowledge this course is designed to provide you with the information required, for you to advise customers on appliance selection and a number of key issues including maintenance, carbon monoxide, government regulations and fuels.
Discussions will help HETAS Registered Installers with a pre-installation survey and assist all in confirming details on appliance selection and chimney or flue configuration.
You don’t have to complete all in one go, take your time to go through the topics , you are able to stop, log out and back in revisiting lessons as you wish.
Have a pen and paper to hand to make some notes, you will also need a calculator
There are 4 checkbox steps to become a HETAS Approved Retailer:
1) Purchase the new online HETAS Retailer Course
2) Complete the online training and pass the quiz
3) Save or print your notification of quiz completion
4) Complete an application form and pay to become a HETAS Approved Retailer (prices from £207 ex. VAT)
Once you have received confirmation that your application has been finalized, you will be issued with a HETAS ID number and your HETAS Welcome Pack.
